
Public invited to attend in Columbus; livestream available via Ohio Channel, testimony deadline set for Sept. 7
COLUMBUS, Ohio — The State Board of Education of Ohio will convene for its monthly meeting at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, at the William Green Building in downtown Columbus.
The meeting will be held at 30 West Spring Street and is open to the public. A full schedule, voting agenda, and meeting materials will be posted online ahead of the session. Most portions of the meeting will be livestreamed via the Ohio Channel, though committee meetings may not be streamed live. Recordings of those sessions will be made available on the State Board’s website.
Members of the public may offer testimony during the designated comment period, but are prohibited from addressing the Board on issues tied to administrative hearings, including territory transfers or personnel matters. Those wishing to speak must submit their name and written remarks to SBOE@sboe.ohio.gov by 5 p.m. on Sept. 7.
